Real estate and writing

I received this notice from a marketing company looking for a full-time real estate copywriter. Here is the information in case anyone is interested. Please contact the company directly.

Our marketing company is rapidly growing and we need the skills of a full time copywriter to join our highly professional writing team. As a copywriter you will need to rise to the challenge of demanding clients, busy schedules and deliver accurate and descriptive copy on time, every time.

Ideally you will have written for real estate clients and have a history of producing high-quality prose for a range of publications.

You will be required to:

    •    Have own transport & be able to work from home
    •    Write copy for up to 6 media outlets (magazines, websites, classifieds, in-house magazines & editorials)
    •    Be well presented with excellent communications skills
    •    Work under very tight deadlines
    •    Turn over large amounts of copy quickly

A sound knowledge of the Sydney residential property market and solid understanding of architectural styles & interior design features will be advantageous.

Salary range $50K+
