Get heaps of books cheaply!

I've just found this great Australian website which offers online library services. Might sound boring but, seriously, when you think of how much money you spend on books - this is great. Especially as it's often so hard to get popular books at the local library.

It works in a similar way as when you rent those DVDs through the mail. After you watch them, you post them back and get your next lot of DVDs. There are no late fees because you don't get your next lot of DVDs (or in this case books) till you return the other ones.

This "library" works in the same way. When you finish reading you post back the books and get another two that are on your list.

Anyhow, when I saw their list of titles (lots of new releases), I signed up immediately. I'll let you know how it goes.

Hello Valerie, and welcome to the 'blogosphere!' I have been a member of Slim Ink for some time now, and really cannot fault the service, the selection and the quality! Marj does a great job - I am sure you will be as thrilled as I am to be able to get hold of all those wonderful books we can never find at the local library.
